A Broken Angel in a Dying World

This angel is a symbol of Truth - broken, battered, beaten, and abused. The beautiful clothes and flowing hair represent the beauty of Truth, the blindfold represents people's blindness to Truth, the tied hands represent how people have tried to bind truth with lies, the broken wing represents how the spreading of Truth has been hindered, and the crown of thorns and the nail prints in his hands represent the absolute Truth of Jesus, and how the world is simply repeating what it did to The Truth (Jesus Christ) so many years ago. The angel is not supposed to be Jesus, simply a representation of His Truth, and Truth in general.
