Female Water Elf

The female Water Elves are a little different from the males. They have the arm fins, but they do not have the large fin on their back. They do have a very small fin that runs up their spine, but on some females it is so small it is hardy visible. Fin, hair, and tail color will vary, but I imagine these two I've drawn are in the same family group, so that is why their colors are similar. The females wear loose fitting, silk like cloth shirts, always sleeveless, and frequently short so their belly shows.
